Meet the Founder

“Healing isn’t about fixing you or others. It is understanding your origin story, the foundational underpinnings of your early childhood development, the transgenerational dysfunction - and learning how to resolve the past, regulate your nervous system, and rise far above what you ever thought was possible.”

-Alison

A woman with short brown hair wearing a dark green sweater is sitting in a cozy living room with wooden walls and a collection of plants, books, and framed photos and certificates in the background.

Alison Hundt Russell is a Licensed Clinician and Trauma Consultant. With over two decades working with historically oppressed and traumatized populations in the community, public schools, counseling space, prisons, and federal courtrooms, Alison brings a multi-generational perspective to trauma-informed therapy. She combines decades of studies in addiction neuroscience, trauma recovery, transgenerational epigenetics, and systems-level oppression.

Alison’s approach is trauma-informed, relational, and culturally responsive, integrating plant medicine, neuroscience, attachment-based care, and body-based practices. She is known for creating a calm, supportive space where clients feel truly seen, respected, and understood. Alison works collaboratively with clients to help them build emotional safety, strengthen self-trust, and move toward lives rooted in clarity, resilience, and meaning.

She believes healing happens in safe and unconditional relationships.
